Q: Can you provide service staff and bar staff?
Yes we provide both service and bar staff. Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 3 hours for a staff member. We do not generally hire out staff without also providing the food for a function.

Q: Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes we cater for all dietary needs. Just tell us what you would like and we will adjust our menus to suit.

Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, we do charge for delivery. Our prices are based on the distance from where we are located to where you are situated. Please email or call forpricing.

Q: Do you do deliveries on the weekend?
We can certainly provide you with catering on the weekend, however there is a small surcharge for weekend deliveries.

Q: How do I know that my order has been received?
As soon as we have processed your order we send you confirmation by email.

Q: How do I pay and what are your payment terms?
There are a several options; cash, cheque, direct debit or credit card (please note that we do not take AMEX). We do expect full payment prior to your function unless you are on account. If you are unable to do so, you can discuss options with our staff. Occasionally you may be required to pay a 1/3 deposit.

Q: How is the food presented on delivery?
All items are delivered ready to eat. Just unwrap and serve. Cold items are presented on platters and come in marked cardboard boxes. Hot items are presented on platters and come in marked polystyrene boxes that keep the food warm for up to 1 hour. All items come with napkins and complementing sauces (where applicable).

Q: How many people does a platter serve?
Platters are made and charged on a per person basis. For example if you have 15 people we make a platter with 15 portions. 1 portion is 4 - 5 mouthfuls.

Q: Is there a minimum requirement on numbers?
Our minimum requirement on numbers is 10. If you require food for less then 10 people, we can do this but there will be a low numbers fee applied Minimum numbers on Buffets and BBQs is 30.

Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
That is not a problem; we need to know two days before your funstion, at the latest if you want to cancel or change your order. However if you do cancel on the day there will be a cancellation fee, as we will have already prepared your order. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for details of any cancellation fees

Q: What is the latest I can place my order?
Orders must be place by 2pm the day prior to your function,, otherwise a late order fee of $15.00 may apply. However if your order is on a Monday then you must place your order on the Friday before 2pm.
