Berry Fruit Parfait Recipe

Parfait Recipe:


1/4 cup of fruit topping or fruit compote

1/2 cup muesli,

1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon of toasted coconut strands 

Mixed berries either fresh, frozen or freeze dried.

In a 300ml  glass layer the fruit topping, muesli and yoghurt. Top with toasted coconut strands and berries.  Enjoy!

Simple fruit compote

2 cups fruit , 2 table spoons of orange juice, 1 teaspoon sugar to taste. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan,  bring to the boil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool in a jar or bowl in the fridge. It is ready to serve.
